Thanks, muse! Just a quick reply to the comment above. Yep, you're right, our shirts did run small in the first collection! The fabric was so stretchy that if it did not "rest" for a looong time before cutting, it would end up too small. oops! We've since axed that fabric and have a 24-hour fabric rest rule. Hope you have a chance to try our latest stuff!

I'm glad you like their clothes. Last year I bought two shirts for climbing turns out they were really short weren't even close to covering my baby bump :( I was constantly pulling them down. The only thing that saved me was the fact that maternity pants come so high! Haha

Of course, my instability came in big part from struggling with bi-polar disorder, suicides in the family and addictive behavior. Trying to "right" yourself under these circumstances is immensely challenging. But, who doesn't have challenges?

Where do I start? I have been the biggest flake and most unreliable person for the last year. I lost my job, damaged friendships and family relationships... but I feel that sometimes we need to be alone to hear that inner voice. But it's a balance - we also need to reach out and I wasn't doing that. Trying to find a balance is certainly a challenge. Great post xoxoxo

In November I took my discussion of meditation from the blogosphere into an actual classroom setting as a class. And I refer to myself as a Yoga AND Meditation teacher, not just a Yoga teacher.

I have loved teaching Yoga and working Meditation in my classes, but have been longing to teach a class just on Meditation. I am very grateful to friends in the cyber sangha and the studio owner to give me the confidence to take this leap.

It is easy to forgot how much of what we have is only due to someone else in our lives - as children we are born into this world with nothing but what our parents give us. At any point in our lives, things can turn south - and no matter out strong our support network may be, we could each easily end up with nothing. Thank you for this well written reminder of that.

Last spring, my husband and I survived one of the super tornadoes that destroyed so many lives. If not for the kindness and generosity of friends and strangers alike, we would be not be where we are today - in a new apartment, with plenty of food and clothes, and even some of our old belongings which were salvaged.

You never know how someone came to the situation they are in, but as Kate said above, "It doesn't matter how they got there, that's their karma. How I respond to them is mine."
